Lussmanns Restaurants

Established in 2002, this multi-award-winning independent group based in Hertfordshire has pioneered the concept of making sustainable dining accessible and affordable to everyone – taking an ethical approach to serving modern British food in a stylish and comfortable environment.

Working closely with Andrei Lussmann since July 2010, we’ve undertaken all aspects of marketing, public relations and community support, helping this fantastic restaurant group to grow and enjoying many delicious meals along the way. Most recently, we created the new website in partnership with local design agency NoOneRightAnswer, and continue to manage and develop the website content for Lussmanns.

Our brief previously included:

  • maintaining the integrity of the Lussmanns visual identity
  • ensuring the consistent communication of key brand values and messages
  • creating social media campaigns and promotional posts
  • writing news releases, awards applications and content for suppliers and partners
  • overseeing the design and production of all printed materials – from menus to wall banners
  • growing the diner mailing list (over 20,000 subscribers) and creating promotional email newsletters
  • developing and managing charity partnerships and running the community support programme
  • liasing with the press and monitoring media coverage
